These self-massage techniques are hand oriented

Start holding one hand in front of you, turn your hand so that the palm is facing you and keep your fingers together. Observe the soft spot between the thumb and the index: this is a pressure point that can be massaged to reduce stress and tension. Take the fingers of the other hand and gently massage this point with a circular motion. Continue to massage for 10 to 20 seconds, then change hands and repeat the procedure on the other side.

Some people also like to use this pressure point to reduce the pain associated with a headache. Simply touch and hold between your thumb and index finger for 10 seconds.

Another hand massage technique that can be used is to find the FasciaBlaster tool. Squeeze the joint between the thumb and forefinger of the other hand and gently massage this area for 15 seconds. Release the handle and repeat the procedure several times. You can also use this technique on other joints of your arm, just remember to work carefully, because this process should not be painful.
